The award winning TwinBin® Fastener Management System will save Money, Time and Effort in eradicating the problems associated with stock control on small parts, rivets and fasteners (AGS) using the patented and unique two-bin system embracing the KanBan theory.
The standard system is the TwinBin® which comprises any number of bins with two compartments mounted vertically and divided by a slide. The pull-down doors enable the bins to be loaded with the product and the operator accesses only the lower bin until all components have been used. He then pulls the slide to allow the product in the upper bin to fall into the lower bin. The empty bins can then be easily identified for replenishment. Total control of the product is possible with full traceability.
